Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Glass.app (the “App”), a desktop application sold by Arkaprabha Chakraborty(“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietor. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to install and use Glass.app on your own devices for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Glass.app to third parties.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices within the App.

Your license is perpetual — you are not renting the software. This includes all future updates released for the version you purchased.

Prices are listed in USD or INR. Payment is processed by Razorpay (Indian customers) or PayPal (international customers). All transactions are final upon completion.

Glass.app is a digital product that is immediately available after purchase. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).

We offer no refunds due to the low price and digital nature of the product. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at glass@webark.in and we will resolve it promptly.

Your download link is displayed immediately after payment and also sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Glass.app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Glass.app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
